GENERAL HOTEL POLICIES

  1. The check-in time is at 15:00.
  2. Check-out time is 1:00 p.m. a) Late check-out between 1:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. 50% of the rate per night is charged, plus taxes. b) After 6:00 p.m., 100% of the nightly rate is charged, including taxes.
  3. For your safety and that of all our guests, at the time of check-in you will be asked to present the current official identification (INE, passport) of the reservation holder and a copy will be made.
  4. At the time of check-in, an open voucher will be requested as a guarantee, so you must physically present the credit/debit card with which payment for the stay will be made.
  5. Children over 12 years old enter as adults.
  6. An additional charge will be charged per extra person, rooms cannot exceed the maximum capacity allowed.
  7. The hotel does not have extra beds or cribs.
  8. Pets of any size are not allowed, except those that serve as companion, emotional support or service animals, with prior authorization from the hotel.
  9. We are a smoke-free hotel. Smoking inside the rooms will generate a $1,500 deodorization penalty.
  10. The Hotel does not have facilities for children.

Cancellation policies

LOW SEASON:

You can cancel up to 14 days before your arrival date without any charge. After this limit and up to one day before the arrival date, in case of cancellation, one night's stay, with taxes included, will be charged to the guarantee card. In case of cancellation on the day of arrival or early departure, the entire stay will be charged.

HIGH SEASON:

Non-refundable rate. Once the reservation is made, it cannot be canceled and the charge for the entire stay will be charged to the credit card guaranteed at the time of making the reservation.
